Feat.Req.: Entry in menu OR a keybinding #77

It would be very nice to have the first entry in the bookmarks menu run this, rather than have to give the button space on a toolbar. Second choice that might be easier: an entry in the tools menu.

Failing those, a distant third: if this had a keybinding, preferably an adjustable keybinding, that would serve a similar purpose.

I'm trying this in Pale Moon, btw. Works fine as far as I can tell so far.

Sure, a menu item and keybinding seems reasonable. As long as the WebExtensions API supports it.
