Use te reo Māori translation from PDF #117

As @moyogo explains here:

The OHCHR.org’s PDF of the Maori UDHR has the macrons while the webpage does not. Both have a different Maori translation. My guess is the webpage has an old translation, without macron either because it predates the adoption of the macron in the 1987 spelling or because macrons were lost in digitization. Either way, the version with macron should be used.

Thanks. Indeed, we clearly have two translations here. Unless we can show that one of them is clearly incorrect, I would prefer to keep both. I'll be happy to take it from here, if you prefer.

Further up in that issue we had a report that the text was wrong. But yes, I'm happy to leave it to you to work out what you want to do with them.
