Task

Change table to have viewable "See Pending Users"
Create modal that show those users
Allow user to accept/deny users in that modal

Acceptance Criteria

All of above works on UI
Unit test for making sure pending user shows up
UI test to make sure modal is clickable and users can accept/deny
