Tables cross-referencing not working #36

You're probably already aware, but table referencing is not working right. In the final pdf, references to tables appear as Table ??.

Thanks! Don't know how we missed that. I refactored some code into separate Rmarkdown blocks prior to the final version, but missed that by renaming the chunks, it broke the table references. The problem with reading a paper too many times: you miss the small details!
