Inconsistent icon population across readers #3

This may be an issue related to the icon-url changes from earlier this year. IMG_2079

This was also fixed by https://github.com/eric-pierce/freshapi/commit/f9ca7c57c4c5babbd4e3fcfd1615357658c980e0. The clients who were missing icon population were leveraging favicons from the site_url, which is now correctly populated.
