Enable following 3 tracks and API udpate for getPrediction

Loads only (32KB budget)
Loads only + oracle hit/miss knowledge (32KB budget)
All instructions (32KB budget)
Misc build changes to support make/make DEBUG=1

I think this PR should go on a private branch that we will merge on master once the workshop goes live. I'm not sure whether we can keep PRs and branches private though...Alternative would be to fork, do the CVP2 changes, then upstream PR to this project. If you create a branch, can it be kept private (same for PR)?

I will delete this pull request and clone the project into a private repo for now.
