Different Active and inactive icons #28

Use cases: The inactive icon can be an outlined icon and the active icon can be filled one, it would also make an effect of filling liquid inside an outlined icon.

In short like orignal bottomNaviagtionBar which let's you choose activeIcon and inactiveIcon differently
