App clinic Suggested that the Burger Menu could be moved to the bottom bar

The bottom bar contains the main pages but the burger menu contains a menu. If we move the burger menu inside the bottom bar:

when selecting this option in the bottom bar, we show a page with a list of menu items? Strange no?
which icons will be relevant for this option? A user, a gear, a burger...
