Acquire sheet metal/acrylic/something to lasercut #21

We should do this very soon, as #1 requires us to know the thickness of the metal. What thickness do we want?

Is this for the thickness of the pulley mount? We could make all the mounting parts out of the same sheet, which would be around a 1/4 inch thick based on the servo mount plate. Does that still need to be thicker? It looks like the pulley doesn't interfere with it from the picture in #1 but I can't tell for sure.

Yes. It didn't interfere with the pulley, but it left no room for screws to hold the pulley on!

It's the thickness of the servo mount that matters. Take a look at this comment on #3. The thickness of the plate affects the thickness of the pulley wheel. Currently drawn as 3mm ~= 1/8 inch.

@premphy, what were the dimensions and cost of the sheet you bought?
