Possibly an MPU6050 compass and gyro - useful for detecting a fall.

Sensor is at address 0x68 and 0x69

This is probably the chip. Markings include 4684, 1549, YM, and a weird M logo

Nope, that's a power supply thing. It's actually this chip, which is a MPU9250.
