underscore escaping issue #2

if a word contains more than one underscore, e.g. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, excel2latex will only escape first underscore and neglect the second one, producing ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Sorry about that, I had fixed it a few weeks back, but never bothered actually pushing to Github Pages, where this is hosted.
