On an airborne opponent:
[x] Attack launches at a more upwards angle
[x] Attack data updated to have launch angle and force
[x] Keep the same behavior for grounded normals
[x] For now, make throw launch higher to combo into anti air combo
[x] Leave room for gravity scaling
[x] Stretch: Throw cannot hit airborne / prejump opponents
[x] (Don't worry about hitstun for now)
