Hey man, not looked at this project in a while, was just catching up on it (notice you merged my group fixes in, cool) . To catch up (and get it running in Chrome ;) ) I've added a web-db adapter ... it needs a little work around the error handling but it works along the 'happy path' ;)
I think looking at persistence.js might be a plan for the future to unify both the gears adapter and this adapter (but I didn't want to introduce any 3rd party deps !)
