Publish to Open VSX marketplace #29

Could you publish this extension to Open VSX repo? This is required for usage of FOSS alternatives like vscodium or Theia.

Second this! It's small amount of work to get started, but can then be automated with a Github action. And thanks for making this awesome tool by the way - great work!
