** the [WIP] means "work in progress" ... we can merge it but I will be doing more work on it.

The login functionality is working to some extent. Now... :

User signs in with Google sign in
- App currently starts at login activity, but this will not be the final design
After logging in, the id token is sent to the server to request a list of streams the user subscribes to
server responds with subscribed streams (see PR #89 in our web app repo)
Now Android app can display the subscribed streams!

@psigourney I'd like to merge this to get the stuff into master before too much divergence happens... Is that OK?

@psigourney The last commit includes a couple of small changes to your Nearby activity...
