This feature allows users to view and update their emergency contacts.

Requirements:

[ ] Add a section in the account information page for managing emergency contacts.
[ ] Implement the logic to add, edit, and delete emergency contacts.
[ ] Set up backend API endpoints for managing emergency contacts.
