Initial Conditions

Instead of passing n to ttv_elements!, pass a hierarchy vector H.
For example, a system with a central star and 2 planets, H = [3,1,1]. 3 bodies in the system, followed by the number of binaries on a given level. In this case, 2 nested Keplerians. See setup_hierarchy.jl for more info.
More updates at a lower level -- not relevant to the user in current state. See InitialConditions.jl and init_nbody.jl
Moved old implementations to *_old.jl files.

Package

Created NbodyGradient.jl, Project.toml, and Manifest.toml files.

Continuous Integration

Added basic travis-ci script. Runs tests vs latest Julia version and v0.7, but allows v0.7 to fail.

Initial Conditions

Added back in the ability to pass the number of bodies n, rather than H. This assumes the desired hierarchy is fully nested (which was the case in the original code).
Now handles more hierarchy cases. Notably, a binary consisting of two fully nested Keplerians.

PreAllocArrays

Initial construction of a 'Pre-Allocated Array' type (PreAllocArrays). This structure will be passed through the integrator, in lieu of defining global constants, containing arrays that are reused throughout.
