[x] The Optim v1.1 package has broken the Travis build with Julia v1.0. This causes several plots to fail since they use Optim to fit some data.
[x] The corner plots fail due to a missing filed "type1ec.sty".

The Optim issue was solved by changing the Julia version to v1.2

The corner plot issue is fixed; however, the cornerPlot_ttv.py script now times out.
