[x] Add reference to Doyle et al. (2019) when discussing the core-free oxidized iron (FeO Wustite) model.

@CarolineDorn I computed the oxygen fugacity for the core-free model which comes out to \Delta IW = -0.91 using the formulae from Doyle et al. (2019). This is in the range of several of the polluted white dwarfs, which might be interesting. The completely differentiated model has \Delta IW = -\infty since there is no FeO (of course this won't be true in reality). Anyways, not sure what to do with this information.
