This pull request includes commits that initialize the CSS styling, connect the CSS/HTML/JS files, and update HTML ids to be more flexible with styling.

@tenthwalker Looks like it's all working now (Huzzah! 🎉 ) but the styling looks funky on my screen. Are you planning to create another ticket and PR to get the CSS to fully look the way you want? Or do you want to finish it in this PR before we merge?

you can merge it in, I have more to do still but I'm gonna open up another branch to do so @ericahagle
