fix: Refactor new tests, clean up all tests, and create one new test #95

Description

Refactor tests for these new functions to match our new format:
- numberOfStepsGivenDate
- checkStepGoal
- checkStepGoal7Days
Refactor all tests to be a little cleaner
Added a new sad path test for addDataToCurrentUser function
