Fixed mime types #31

@madAle thanks for the PR! could you explain what exactly this is fixing?

Hi, I started from the commit by @johnhampton who made a nice work making the gem thread safe, then I've modified the mime types to make them complying to the standard. Sorry for the missing specs, I'm going to update them now.
