Issue: property autocomplete only works on new flights, not existing flights. #129

From a useR: When editing a flight's properties, the auto complete doesn't work (for example, name of PIC). When adding a new flight it does work.

I think the issue here was whether or not the property list has been recently refreshed. Refreshing seems to enable it.
