APK Releases #307

It would be nice to be able to pull an APK directly from the repository instead of going through the play store. This would allow a client like Obtainium to install the program directly.

I am happy to open a pull request to implement this :)

Is there anything to this beyond simply requesting that I commit an updated APK whenever I publish an AAB to the store?

I'm happy to entertain a pull request if you know what's required to do it...
