Go into print view
Toggle signatures off => Signatures go away
Toggle signatures on => Signatures don't come back. The flight has lost its signature state!

Yikes - in Preinting.cs, LayoutLogbook, I am setting the signature state to none. Does this break the old layouts?

Yes, removing that breaks the old layouts. Will need to fix in the migration.
