Do we need another Phase?

I thought I'd start the discussion here as those watching this repo will see this message and we can discuss further here.

From my understanding there is a Phase 1 which is getting the prototype of a product working for it's market (MVP) and then there is Phase 2 which is scaling a product to it's million customers.

Where does content go that relates to making the prototype into "stable" product (the business). Subjects like:

• Balancing delivery of new features vs taking on technical debt
• Saying no and keeping to design principles and business objectives
• When to remove product features and how to know what they are
• Continuing to innovate to keep ahead of arising (or existing) competition
• Retaining staff

Would this be in Phase 2? Or would this be a stage between 1 and 2.

Obviously all businesses are different; their products are engineered with different strategies so it might be that what I'm talking about above only applies to certain businesses.

Kalv, I have changed the pages around so that we now have the 3 programs and updated the startup levels. Thanks for for suggestions so far, I look forward to more :-)
