Updating readme for cwd example #42

When using cwd the src path should be relative to the path you used in cwd.

Whoops! Thanks! My tests in Gruntfile.js do this, but I missed the docs :)

It would be nice if you could add a note highlighting "When using cwd the src path should be relative to the path you used in cwd."
