Use the app for the first time, create a profile, closes #162 #171

What

This Pull Request adds to the repository two new activities and the ability to create a profile. When you open the app now it checks if you already have a profile, if not you will be directed to the FirstUseActivity, else you go to the normal login screen.

Why

This Pull Request is needed because there was no way to create a profile before.

How

This feature can be viewed/tested within the project by opening the app like you normally would.

Notes

We don't do anything with the passwords yet, and have no way to choose an other key other than the RSA key.
