Also what I didn't realize is that the trifolium
has an obvious meaning in latin (tres = 'three' + folium = 'leaf').
Ie. these plants are what people commonly refer to as clover
. And sometimes you may get lucky and find "the symbol of luck": four-leaf-clover :four_leaf_clover: between all those those 3-leaved clovers!
And guess what, there's even this clojure-related clover project :smile:

I'm not an Emacs user myself, just figured out that this project exists thanks to this borkdude's tweet. I immedately liked its name and here's why.
jet.el
sounds very much like Czech word (plant name)jetel
. It is a name of this well known plant (Trifolium montanum
) which mostly grows in Europe.So should you ever need an icon, consider the look of this plant as a reference. As a bonus, there'll be a funny story behing the logo ;-)
