Safari menu pop overs fail to open #7

If you load the homepage in safari, the menu pop-overs fail to open 'onClick'. Fix this since iOS/safari has the same problem with the hamburger menu.

Since Safari is # 2 mobile browswer at 25% market share ^1 this is worth fixing. FYI Chrome is ~2/3rds market share.
