I updated the handlebars version to prevent a vulnerability found by handlebars (patched in 4.5.3). Run yarn audit for more details

These issues have not been addressed in a long time =(, I also opened my own PR: https://github.com/ericf/express-handlebars/pull/267, so long I have updated that PR twice and still it hasn't landed master.

I have finally gotten around to moving this repo to https://github.com/express-handlebars/express-handlebars/ any new development will be done on that repo.
