doesnt send ##ticket.url## #28

Hello dear creator!

Webhook doesnt send a ##ticket.url## to telegram. What could be the reason. No problem with other ## ##

Hi, Webhook is using the standard notification mechanism. So, I guess that you will observe the same behaviour if you use email notifications, f.i. Either the tag for the ticket's url is not the right one, either the problem is in the notification system. But I cannot do much for you. K.r,
