Conflict Between Collaborative Tools and Webhook Plugins #52

When both the latest versions of the Collaborative Tools and Webhook plugins are installed and enabled on GLPI 10.0.15, the Webhook functionality fails to execute properly, even though the Collaborative Tools plugin operates normally.

Are there conflicts between the two plugins?

Hi, There are no conflict, to my knowledge. But I'm not using Collaborative Tools ... Webhook only adds a communication channel to notifications. You can test whether other notifications channels (email or browser) fail also. If yes, the problem is linked to Collaborative Tools, which cannot work with notifications ... K.r,
