3 weeks ago Hi, I do not use private followup ; so, I do not really understand your problem. All I can say is that the plugin is only an added channel to send notifications. You can test whether your problem also occurs with other notification channels (email or browser) : if yes, the problem is probably linked to notifications, and not to the webhook channel. K.r,
I'm scripting a matrix bot for our technicians, all is going well except for it reporting on private followups.
I dug through everything and it looks like it is likely an issue with how GLPI hold back on private notifications except for those who are set as admin's of the entity. But I don't see how I would do that with the plugin.
