Thingy to do with the jobs. #374

So i have set up jobs and the amount that the user gets paid, but when ever i mine a block of wood (the wood cutting job, Havent tested the others yet) It floods the chat with you mined 1 log, 10exp has been awarded or something. And it seems to spam the chat. is there a way to stop it spamming so frequently ? or is there a way to slow it down so the amount broken supplies a amount of money and exp in one large sum ?

Also i checked the jobs,cfg file, and it says something about salarydelay=300 is that 300 ticks or like a time ?
