When mining vanilla ores, Miner job does not pay out, for seemingly no reason.

Steps to reproduce
Not sure; only changes made were temporarily setting "salary" line to "salary: false" and setting salary amount to 0 in the config for each job manually (to disable the constant "your salary has been paid" messages that flood the chat when it's quiet)
