gemsiv: no makefile provided #5

Thanks for submitting these four issues. I personally don't use (and it's been decades since I have) makefiles, so I won't be providing one. If you or anyone wants to do so, great! It doesn't look hard to make one up, I just don't want to do it myself since I can't test it.

Right, so I think I'll just close this one. Thanks anyway for getting me motivated to clean up this code base. There's some useful code, but it's worth updating the basics, such as malloc.h needing to be replaced with stdlib.h, etc. I'm cleaning up all the code now as best I can.
