Why not include keybindings? #86

Hi,

Why do you stop including automatic default keybindings?

Hi.

Several people had problems (mainly on OSX) with the keybindings I chose at the time. So the best way to avoid theses problems is to let people choose their own bindings.

I let mines in the README for an easier start.
