Want to disable hour selection #40

As per my requirement, we need to disable the hour selection similar to minutes selection by setting the minutesInterval to zero. I have added the same changes for hour to make it disable. Here attached the updated js file. Can you please review it? If you are happy with the changes, can you please migrate those changes in upcoming release? wickedpicker.zip
