This is looking fabulous Ericka!

I've included a few minor edits to wording and formatting, but otherwise this looks good to go.

I don't need to see it again, so with these changes, and any last minute edits from you, you are ready to send this to the committee (please include me on that email, just so I'm sure to have to latest PDF).
