latest flymake-ruff fails when ruff config file exists #18

Recently, I update the flymake-ruff to the latest, flymake fails both on ruff > 0.5 and < 0.5. when I delete the config file (ruff.toml), flymake back to work again, I guess there is a bug when ruff config file exists.
