What steps will reproduce the problem?

I generate the marker and htmlInformationWindow dynamically at server side.

My Page Code:

<m:map id="GoogleMap"
width="1080px" )}"
height="500px" binding="#{myBean.binding}"
enableScrollWheelZoom="true" autoReshape="false"
latitude="#{myBean.latitude}"
longitude="#{myBean.longitude}"
zoom="#{myBean.zoom}"
renderOnWindowLoad="false" type="G_NORMAL_MAP" jsVariable="jsMap"
rendered="true">
(renderOnWindowLoad is changed to partiallyRender in 1.1.4)
<m:mapControl name="GMapTypeControl" position="G_ANCHOR_TOP_RIGHT" />
<m:mapControl name="GLargeMapControl" position="G_ANCHOR_BOTTOM_LEFT" />
</m:map>

Server side code:

Marker mark = null;
HTMLInformationWindow window = null;
Icon icon = null;

map.getChildren().clear();

mark = new Marker();

mark.setLongitude(123);
mark.setLatitude(123);
mark.setJsVariable("mark1");
mark.setId("mark1");

window = new HTMLInformationWindow();
window.setId("win1");

window.setHtmlText("test");

icon = new Icon();
icon.setId("icon1");
icon.setWidth("12");
icon.setHeight("20");
icon.setShadowHeight("25");
icon.setShadowWidth("17");
icon.setImageURL("../../img/marker.png");

mark.getChildren().add(icon);
mark.getChildren().add(window);
map.getChildren().add(mark);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
htmlInformationWindow works fine in Version 1.1.3. But it is not shown in
Version 1.1.4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 1.1.4 (works fine in Version 1.1.3),
Webshere V6.1,
Tools: IBM RAD 7.0.0.1
OS: Windows7
