GENERATE ARQC response SW =6985 with MasterCard

When I send first generate command to ICC using CDOL1
I get status word 6985. has anyone get same problem?

I have resolved problems. Generate command will response 6985 if there is error 
with commands before. In my case, I read not existed record before execution 
generate AC command.
