Move AQI rating from European to US standard #86

OWM AQI value returned is a European-standards value as opposed to the US standards body computed value. Please translate the raw OWM PM2.5 value to the US AQI value and display that instead. This ensures a standard returned value between the AQ and PM25 projects and devices if viewed side by side.

Code fix implemented in feb-ui branch, verification required.

code is working, there is a display issue with long US names that needs to be resolved before closing this.
