As in the old app, beers who do not yet have a photo should have the possibility to upload one. It is best to protect beers with existing photos to prevent overriding using the photo availability check api piccheck.asp.
Ideally the interface allows cropping/rotating/etc. before uploading the pic, asking the user to crop only the beer bottle.
