Object Reference Error #150

My problem is described in detail here in StackOverflow.

I'm sure it is me doing something wrong but I can't figure out what???

As stated in the StackOverflow question. In .Net I would have created the 
request object, populated it, and then passed it off allowing .Net to serialize 
it. My service works great for all consumers except Android / Ksoap2???
