Homework problem complete. What still seems to be missing is tests, but these can be added later.

I would like to incorporate the current version of this homework problem into the master branch so that the homework collection will be built properly.

I am going to merge so that I can compile the problem collection even if I am on the master branch. This branch will remain active for updates.

I have added unit tests and merged again. Since the problem is now complete, I will delete this branch.
