DoD: Run the Deepstream SDK example on the Jetson Nano. Verify that the output file is marked up as expected.

Blockers: Blocked till the flashing issue is figured out.

After figuring out the USB flashing issues, running the deepstream SDK was more straightforward. After configuring the SDK to use the local footage vs the default camera, the SDK marked up the footage as expected.
