Request: UI Speed Limit right click menu #119

Would it be possible to add the following option: say in options you add a couple of speed limit's "200;500;2000"kb etc and then you can select witch ever one you need in addition to unlimited, u torrent has that option and in my opinion works really well and avoids entering different values for different situations manually.

I'll consider something, but the next major thing I'm planning is a Site Manager.
