feature request: double-click on drop window opens download list

How about a user setting for double-clicking on the drop window so it can lead to the download list or the standard "new item" window?

Wouldn't the system tray icon be sufficient? It's just a single click too. You can also right click on the drop down window and select "Open Download List".
